Augustenborg Palace Church is a complete example of a prince’s chapel. The beautiful marble floor, lavish stucco decorations and woodcarvings covered with gold testify to the riches of the past. The chapel is from 1775. The altar, pulpit and organ are remarkably placed above each other. The organ was built by Marcussen & Søn in 1978, and the historical facade, built by Johann Daniel Busch, was reused.
